Chicken Lovers Delight
This is a quick and easy recipe that can be prepared the day before. It only takes 15 minutes to prep and it's easy as 1, 2, 3... Before we get started let me tell you what you need to set up your "Mise en Place" aka "Putting in Place".
1. Cut up chicken ( legs, thighs, breast & wings)
2. Balsamic Vingear Reduction (check our webiste for the recipe)
3. Crushed Garlic
4. Fresh Rosemary
5. Fresh Scallions
6. Herbs de Provence
7. Garlic Powder
8. Baking Pan
9. Plastic Storage Bag
Once you have everything in place:
First, make sure your chicken is cleaned and dry before adding your ingredients.
A. Place chicken in a pan or storage bag.
B. Add Herbs de Provence (Make sure each piece is evenly seasoned)
C. Add Garlic Powder( Make sure each piece is lightly coated)
D. Add fresh crushed garlic and scallions
E. Add Balsamic Vinegar Reduction. Make sure you coat the meat generously.
F. Add a few sprigs of Rosemary
G. Add a few slices of butter.
Place in the refrigerator until you are ready bake.
It's time to bake!
Get ready, your kitchen is going to smell amazing!
Place chicken in a pan, add additional balsamic vinegar reduction and fresh rosemary. Make sure you pour all the juice from the storage bag onto the chicken. This ensures your chicken will be moist and juicy. Bake at 350 for 1.5 hours (depending on your oven). Check and base your chicken every 30 minutes. Once the chicken is done, plate and enjoy Mama's Balsamic Garlic Chicken.
